Human resources workshop to focus on workplace wellness
The Jayhawk Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and WorkWell Lawrence will host the “Creating a Thriving Workplace Culture” workshop featuring Dr. Rosie Ward, an industry professional.
The workshop will focus on organizational and employee wellbeing and promoting sustainable changes in the workplace. It will take place April 14 at the Holiday Inn, 200 McDonald Drive. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., and the workshop goes from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Registration will be $50 prior to Friday and $60 after. The fee includes the workshop, a continental breakfast and healthy snacks.
Dr. Ward is a consultant, professional coach and author with over 20 years of experience. She currently works as the director of health coaching education for Fairview Physician Associates and is an owner of Salveo Partners.
