Former Baldwin High basketball standout Katie Jones and Shelby Dahl, a Santa Fe Trail graduate, helped the Johnson County Community College women’s basketball team to a national title on Saturday at JCCC.

The Cavaliers beat Parkland College, 66-64.

Dahl grabbed one rebound but missed two shots in 10 minutes of action off of the bench, while Jones added a rebound, steal and assist in three minutes.
