Outfielders Lorenzo Cain and Alex Gordon have the second- and third-highest totals, which would make them starters. Catcher Salvador Perez, shortstop Alcides Escobar and second baseman Omar Infante continue to lead at their positions. Voting ends at 10:59 p.m. on Thursday.
