Lawrence Public Library’s skating rink to change hours
The Lawrence Public Library’s Plaza Skate Rink is changing its hours of operation.
The rink will be open from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Day. But then the rink will be closed Monday through Thursday going forward.
The rink will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. Fridays, 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and 1 to 6 p.m. Sundays.
Weather permitting, the rink will maintain these hours until it closes for the season on Feb. 15.
