Describe your style: I really like trendy and hip things! I’m not into florals or [certain] patterns but I do like stripes, cheetah prints, jewelry and accessories a lot.

Fashion trends you love: I actually like these glasses, which I just got not too long ago. I also like the tall-socks-with-boots look. It’s a pretty cute look nowadays.

Fashion trends you hate: I don’t really like the metallic-legging phase that came out last year.

Fashion influences: My mom! She is a fashionista and she thinks outside the box. I get all my style tips from her.

What would you like to see more or less of in Lawrence? More people dressing up around town and campus. Less homelessness.

Tattoos or piercings: I have several tattoos and my nose is pierced. My favorite (tattoo) says “walk without worry” as well as one that relates to my mom.

Whom do people say you look like? Stacey Dash. But I don’t think so. I’d like to say that I look like Nia Long.
