KU business dean named to MRIGlobal board

Kansas University School of Business Dean Neeli Bendapudi has been named to the board of directors for MRIGlobal, MRIGlobal has announced.

Kansas City, Mo., -based MRIGlobal is one of the nation’s leading scientific institutes, performing contract research for government and industry, according to the organization’s website. In addition to its own labs, MRIGlobal operates research facilities for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense.

Each board term is three years of service with a maximum of three terms, according to a press release from MRIGlobal.

Bendapudi was named to the board along with David B. Dillon, retired chairman of the board and chief executive officer of The Kroger Company, and David Field Oliver, attorney at Berkowitz Oliver Williams Shaw and Eisenbrandt LLP.
