Frost advisory issued for Wednesday morning in Douglas County

The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a frost advisory for Douglas County, in effect from 3 to 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Temperatures are expected to fall between 33 and 36 degrees in the morning hours, placing crops and other sensitive vegetation in danger.

Wednesday is expected to have a high of 62 degrees, with temperatures dipping back down to 41 in the evening.
