Lahaina, Hawaii ? Ben Welle shot a 2-over 73 on Saturday for a two-round total of 1-under 141, and Kansas University’s men’s golf team was in fifth place after day two of the Ka’anapali Collegiate Classic.

Welle was tied for 10th place. Logan Philley and Brock Drogosch were tied for 24th at 144, Chase Hanna was tied for 28th at 145, and Gary Daoust was tied for 44th at 148.

Kansas was 26 strokes behind leader Oregon in the team standings.
