Lawrence man charged with five felonies, accused of stealing two vehicles

A 34-year-old Lawrence man was charged Friday with multiple felonies, including theft, burglary and criminal damage, in connection with crimes alleged to have taken place April 20.

Joshua W. Mann is in Douglas County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He made his first appearance in court via video from the jail.

A prosecutor charged Mann Friday with one count of burglary, two counts of theft and two counts of criminal damage. He is accused of burglarizing a home in Wellsville and stealing two vehicles from separate men. Mann is also accused of stealing multiple computers, an iPad and a safe. He is scheduled to next appear in court June 20.
