Letter: Grammar woe
To the editor:
In your May 27 issue, I noted that Bryan Young has been selected as the new director of the KU Honors Program. While not in a position to judge his qualifications, one could at least expect some moderate command of the language. To quote: “Staff and myself will look at each other and …” I suppose he will report to his boss that “myself” is driving to the airport. Can KU do no better than this?
