Theatre Lawrence is holding auditions for Jon Robin Baitz drama “Other Desert Cities” at 7 p.m. Monday.

Directed by Carol Ries, the play, nominated for a Pulitzer Prize in drama in 2012, tells the story of Brook Wyeth’s return home to Palm Springs after a six-year absence to celebrate Christmas with her family. She tells her family that she plans to publish a memoir about a tragic moment in their lives no one wants resurfaced.

Two male roles and three female roles are needed for this production. Scripts are available for checkout from the box office with a deposit.

“Other Desert Cities” will run from Feb. 28 through March 9.
