The East Central Kansas Opportunity Corporation (ECKAN) is accepting applications for its $500 college scholarship for low-income graduating high school seniors in Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Lyon, Miami, Morris and Osage counties.

The student’s family income level must be 125 percent or less of poverty level guidelines, which are available at the ECKAN office.
