31st Street reduced to one lane in each direction near Ousdahl
The city of Lawrence has closed the inside eastbound and westbound lanes of 31st Street near the intersection with Ousdahl, effective today, for roadwork.
The closures are expected to last a few days, said city spokeswoman Megan Gilliland. The city hopes the road will be open by the weekend.
