Lawrence police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the 2300 Block of Naismith Drive early Saturday.

Police say the suspect requested to use the victim’s phone before producing a pistol, taking the victim’s wallet and riding away on a bicycle.

The incident was reported around 4:40 a.m. No further details about suspect were made available by police on Saturday.
