Haskell Indian Nations University junior Talisa Budder placed fifth in the college women’s 5K on Saturday at the HINU Invite.

Budder (19:13.85) and sophomore teammate Tiar’e Littlehead (10th, 19:36.98) were the only HINU women in the top 30. Haskell finished fifth of the six teams in the women’s standings.

Sophomore Chad Upshaw led the Haskell men in the 8K with a 12th-place time of 27:33.07. The HINU men took third of four teams.
