Community members can also mark America Recycles Day at the Ecumenical Campus Ministries Building, 1204 Oread Ave., from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Co-sponsored by the city of Lawrence and Kansas University, the event will feature a viewing of the documentary "The Wrong Bin," about the curbside recycling program in New York City. A panel discussion will also be included, featuring various recycling and waste professionals. All guests will be entered into a drawing for a number of prizes.
