Veritas Christian’s Thomas Bachert has signed a letter of intent to play men’s basketball at Johnson County Community College.

Bachert, a 6-foot-5 center, averaged nine points and seven rebounds and was named second-team all conference his senior season.

Bachert was a four-year starter, during which time Veritas won 65 games.
