Letter: Tax distortion
To the editor:
Some people are saying that the $92 million bond issue will not raise property taxes. This is misleading. Property taxes are scheduled to go down soon. The bond issue won’t increase taxes, but it will prevent taxes from going down like they’re supposed to.
Don’t believe the distortions. If the bond issue passes, your taxes will be higher then if the bond issue doesn’t pass.
