KU baseball blasts BYU

? Sophomore Justin Protacio recorded a career-high four hits, and freshman Jacob Boylan went 2-for-5 with three RBIs as Kansas University’s baseball team used a seven-run second inning to defeat BYU, 15-4, on Thursday night.

The Jayhawks had season highs with 15 runs and 17 hits to improve to 14-7, while the Cougars fell to 10-12.
