Kansas tennis assistant named

Aaron Fuller, an accomplished high school coach and Texas Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame inductee, has been named assistant coach for Kansas University’s women’s tennis team, new head coach Todd Chapman announced Wednesday.

Fuller spent the last three seasons as head coach at Canyon (Texas) High.

At Canyon, he led his team to the regional quarterfinals (2012-2013). As head coach he was the district coach of the year for two seasons and the 2010 Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame Coach of the Year.

Prior to his head coaching position at Canyon High School, Fuller found success with multiple high school tennis teams across Texas and Oklahoma.
