The World Company websites, including LJWorld.com, KUsports.com and Lawrence.com, have experienced some technical problems the past few days.
Our websites were down for a couple hours this morning, but were back up by 9:30 a.m.
We're working to correct these issues, and apologize for the inconvenience. On a related note, the sites are scheduled for maintenance Monday evening, and accessibility to them may be limited at that time.

Yeah!!! Those couple hours of not having to listen to liberals complain about everything in Lawrence was tough... What would we ever do if a free service stopped??? We know they won't want to pay for it!!! Give me a break!!!

uh, there's a continuing technical problem with the LjW site: the frontpage fails to display properly the reader blogs under "Community Perspectives."
I hope this bug will soon be corrected.
also, there seems to be a virus called Merrill that infects LJWorld, too, it spams the threads.
