Describe your style: I guess I don’t have a particular style, but I like to go kind of monochromatic — but not like wearing a jumpsuit. It’s just like matching T-shirts and shirts together.

Fashion trends you love: I like that corduroys are in right now!

Fashion trends you hate: Yoga pants! I understand it’s supposed to be comfortable, but you can wear (regular) pants (occasionally).

Fashion influences: I’m just kind of a scavenger when it comes to ideas. I love to people watch. What would you like to see more or less of in Lawrence? I love Lawrence because of the whole art and music scene. We should keep downtown like it is.

Whom do people say you look like? Since high school, I always get that I look like Leonardo DiCaprio or sometimes Jack Nicholson.

What type of music do you like? I like rap, hip-hop, indie rock and classical music. It depends on my mood. I just started a band in Emporia called Misleading To All. It’s a temporary name. We’ve only played one open mic.

Tell us a secret: Recently, I tried chicken waffles at IHOP in Emporia and realized that I like to put ranch dressing on my waffles because it makes them tangy!
