What’s bright blue and always full of cookies? A certain hungry, lovable Muppet and his namesake ice cream flavor at Sylas and Maddy’s: Cookie Monster. This colorful ice cream is full of Oreos, sugar cookies, M&M and chocolate chip cookie pieces. (Just because it’s blue doesn’t mean it’s only for kids, right?)

As the monster would say: “OK, little cookie. It been nice getting to know you. Buh-bye!”

Where to get it: Sylas and Maddy’s Home Made Ice Cream, 1014 Massachusetts St.

What you’ll pay: $3.44 for a single scoop in a waffle cone.

Try it with: The surprise in the bottom of the cone (spoiler alert: it’s a chocolate malt ball).

Also on the menu: Old-fashioned shakes and malts, fresh lemonade and limeade, the Hot Fudge Banana and other sundaes and Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches. Sylas and Maddy’s has tons of rotating flavors, including simple Sweet Cream, spirited Hawk Tracks (peanut butter drops, brownies and fudge), festive Birthday Bash (chocolate cake and rainbow sprinkles), classy Strawberry Cheesecake and this month’s featured ice cream, Dinosaur Egg (blue ice cream with fudge swirl and malted milk balls).
