Willow Domestic Violence Center offering workshops

The Willow Domestic Violence Center is offering two training sessions at the Willow’s administrative office.

The Domestic Violence and Poverty workshop, scheduled from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. April 12, will teach about the impact of living in poverty and how it affects a domestic violence survivor’s ability to live independently.

The Safety Planning with Survivors of Domestic Violence session will teach how to provide support and develop a safety plan for someone experiencing domestic violence. It is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. May 4.
