Wichita ? Veritas’ volleyball team went 1-1 Saturday, defeating Topeka Cair Paravel, 25-16, 25-22, and falling to Wichita Sunrise, 25-19, 25-20.

Highlights for Veritas inlcuded Teri Huslig with five digs, 16 kills and 19 assists; Rebekah Andersson with five kills; Lacey Billings with seven kills and 13 assists, Kristen Finger with five aces, eight digs and seven kills; and Abi Bartlow with seven digs.

Veritas (8-3) will play Flint Hills Christian and CHIEF on Tuesday in Manhattan.
