Veritas football earns six all-state honors

Six players from Veritas Christian’s eight-man football team received all-state honors from the Kansas Christian Athletic Association for their play in the Eagles’ 8-3 season.

Senior Bryce Boland (offensive and defensive line), senior Andrew Harvey (running back and linebacker), junior Alex Lynch (offensive line) and sophomore Caleb Holland (receiver) all earned first-team honors.

Freshman Chad Stieben (receiver and defensive back) and junior quarterback Elijah Harvey picked up second-team recognition, as did Lynch (linebacker) and Holland (defensive back) for their play on defense.
