A 23-year-old Topeka man pleaded no contest Wednesday in Douglas County District Court to one count of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Joseph Michael Baldwin was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol in April. Baldwin was sentenced to one year of probation in the case. Baldwin had also been arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, but prosecutors did not file charges.
