A Lawrence police officer reported a double case parking meter was stolen between 5 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Massachusetts Street. According to a separate report, 12 city street signs, valued at $1,200 were stolen 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.
