Administrators at New York School reported to police and notified parents on Friday that a fifth-grade female student had reported seeing a man driving a white van “gestured toward her and made her feel uncomfortable as she walked to school,” according to a school district official.

It makes me uncomfortable too when they do it to me also!

Hmmm....i think anytime a child feels uncomfortable it should be addressed. And where did it say this man was flipping her off? there are many more gestures one can make that are quite lewd.

Wasn't there a report of a man in a white van harassing children in KC recently. I have a vague memory on Channel 9 news. I'll try looking it up.
