KU bowling club goes to nationals

— Kansas University’s men’s bowling club placed fourth at sectionals to earn a trip to the United States Bowling Congress Intercollegiate Team Championships.

Wichita State won the men’s sectional title with 13,669 and was followed by Midland University (12,950), Cal State-Fresno (12,682) and Kansas (12,646). It will be KU’s second consecutive trip to nationals.

Nationals will be held April 19-21 at Sun Valley Lanes in Lincoln, Neb.

Its not a club, its a team. Do you refer to the basketball team as a club? How about the KU football club? Anyone can join a club, you have to be good to be on the team.
