Daylight saving time begins this weekend

March 10, 2012

It’s time again to spring forward. (And not, of course, to fall back.)

Daylight saving time in the U.S. begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, except in Arizona and Hawaii, where it’s not observed, and ends at 2 a.m. Nov. 4.

On Sunday, clocks should go ahead an hour at 2 a.m., losing an hour for the sake of a longer day of sunlight during the warmest months of the year.

I enjoy the longer days but the "springing" forward is always hard to adjust to. Anyone else think the same?

My sleep is so screwed up it doesn't really affect me.

I just stay up and I don't lose the hour of sleep.
