Kansas City, Mo. — The Lawrence Raiders American Legion baseball team recorded a pair of shutout victories Friday in the Mid-America Tournament.

The Raiders defeated the K.C. Sluggers, 6-0, and blanked St. Louis Rawling Prospects, 6-0.

The Raiders improved to 6-2.
