The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for Douglas County and surrounding counties until 7 p.m. Sunday.
Temperatures are expected to soar into the mid-to-upper 100s, with the heat index hitting between 104 and 109 degrees this weekend.
Heat advisories are issues when humidity and heat combine to make it feel like it's 105 degrees or hotter. The NWS adivses people to stay out of the sun for prolonged periods of time, and to avoid poorly ventilated areas.

Does mid-to upper 100's mean we'll get to 150 to 199?
