League of Women Voters seeking nominations for Fluker Award
The League of Women Voters of Lawrence/Douglas County is seeking nominations for the 13th annual Helen Fluker Open and Accessible Government Award.
The award honors Douglas County residents who show leadership in promoting citizen participation in government. The nominee must be a Douglas County resident and 18 or older. Nomination forms for the Fluker Award can be downloaded at LawrenceLeague.com. Completed forms are due by Feb. 15.
