Overland Park ? Georgi Funtarov scored 20 points, and Khadre Lane scored 13 as the Seabury Academy boys basketball team lost to Blue Valley, 68-44, on Saturday in the seventh-place game of the Indian/Viking Classic.

Seabury went 0-3 in the tournament against bigger schools, losing by five points to both Kansas City Wyandotte and Shawnee Mission North.

“We struggled, but we kept the first two games within five points,” Seabury coach Ashley Battles said. “We don’t shy away from adversity. We did an acceptable job.”

Seabury (2-7) will play Wednesday at Pembroke Hill.
