A suspect early Thursday morning at Rent-A-Center, 711 W. 23rd St., stole a laptop and damaged a glass door and table in a burglary at the business. According to a Lawrence police report, the suspect took a Toshiba laptop computer, valued at $487, and caused $800 in damage.
