The Braves held the Chieftains to just 10 second-half points.

Paola — Mason Wedel led all scorers with 31 points, as De Soto (3-2) defeated Paola (2-4) by 18. De Soto out-scored Paola in all four quarters.

McLouth — McLouth (4-2) led Oskaloosa (0-5) 23-10 after one quarter 37-18 at halftime before coasting to a 21-point win.

Eudora — Spring Hill held Eudora to two first-quarter points and defeated the Cardinals, 50-22, on Tuesday.

Tonganoxie — Bonner Springs opened the final period on a 12-3 run to get within single digits for the first time since the first quarter. However, Bonner Springs responded with six straight points to extinguish the comeback attempt.
Jenny Whitledge scored 14 to lead the Chieftains, whose three-game winning streak ended with the loss.
