Bonner Springs 59, Tonganoxie 28

Tonganoxie — Colby Yates scored 13 points for Tonganoxie in a 31-point loss to Bonner Springs. Nine players scored for Tonganoxie, including six with eight points for more.

The Braves held the Chieftains to just 10 second-half points.

Tonganoxie travels to Mill Valley Friday.

De Soto 61, Paola 43

Paola — Mason Wedel led all scorers with 31 points, as De Soto (3-2) defeated Paola (2-4) by 18. De Soto out-scored Paola in all four quarters.

De Soto plays at Eudora Friday.

McLouth 59, Oskaloosa 38

McLouth — McLouth (4-2) led Oskaloosa (0-5) 23-10 after one quarter 37-18 at halftime before coasting to a 21-point win.


Spring Hill 50, Eudora 22

Eudora — Spring Hill held Eudora to two first-quarter points and defeated the Cardinals, 50-22, on Tuesday.

Anyssa Mays led Eudora with seven points. The Cardinals (4-4) will play next against De Soto on Friday at home.

Bonner Springs 48, Tonganoxie 32

Tonganoxie — Bonner Springs opened the final period on a 12-3 run to get within single digits for the first time since the first quarter. However, Bonner Springs responded with six straight points to extinguish the comeback attempt.

Jenny Whitledge scored 14 to lead the Chieftains, whose three-game winning streak ended with the loss.

Oskaloosa 57, McLouth 45

McLouth — Oskaloosa opened a 12-point margin after the first quarter and ended up winning by 12, 57-45.
