The storm approaching Council Grove is no longer tornadic, according to the NWS but still has a severe thunderstorm warning. The first severe event of the year, hereabout.

http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?site=top&zmx=1.25&zmy=1.25&map.x=389&map.y=215 NWS is the best. It's much harder to get all clears than the warnings. The all-clears seem to come as afterthoughts. You do have a weather radio, right, and it's programmed with the proper SAME code? If it's not, you'll get watches and warnings alarms from all over the place and you stop paying attention to it as a result. http://www.crh.noaa.gov/ict/nwr/nwr_same.php I use Osage county (139).
