Three possible mall-related ballot questions were before the City Commission for approval this week. The questions, which if approved would appear on the April 7 ballot, asked whether Massachusetts and Vermont Streets should be closed in connection with the current mall proposal, whether the city should use public money to help build a downtown mall, and whether any downtown street should be closed for a downtown development project.
