An 18-year-old Kansas University student was cited for an improper turn following a minor injury accident at 14th and Tennessee streets Saturday morning.

Lawrence Police Sgt. Troy Squire said the woman turned left into a parking lot from the right lane on Tennessee and struck another driver, a 21-year-old KU student. Both drivers said they had hit their heads on the insides of their car door frames, but both refused medical attention.
