A 23-year-old Ottawa man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of an aggravated robbery and kidnapping that occurred Jan. 10, according to Douglas County Sheriff’s Office records. His bond was set at $50,000, and he remained in custody as of Wednesday night.
