A 30-year-old Lawrence man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on charges of drunken driving and aggravated endangerment of a child following a traffic accident.
Farron L. Tso was the driver of a vehicle that struck a utility pole in the 2400 block of Ousdahl Road shortly before 2 p.m., according to Lawrence Police Sgt. Trent McKinley.
An 8-month-old child was a passenger in the vehicle, which led to the endangerment charge. No one was injured in the accident, McKinley said.
Tso was released on a $3,500 bond.

Struck a utility pole while under the influence AND had his 8 month old child with him? Why the hell was his bond so low? This is what's wrong with society, allow people like this to walk free after doing something so stupid and irresponsible.
He should have been held on a higher bond for such stupidity.

Why was an 8-month old "in the passenger seat"? Guess it's a stupid question. If he would drive drunk, if he would drive drunk with a child in the car, then he would drive with a baby/child in the passenger seat.
