Someone drunk in the student ghetto? You can't be serious.

What is it about college students getting drunk and falling from balconies. You would think as many college students who have fallen from balconies by being intoxicated, would learn a valuable lesson. They can't handle there liquor while being on a balcony.

they weren't responding on the report of a man falling from a balcony... they were actually responding to an unresponsive subject lying on the ground (according to radio traffic)... it was later discovered that it was the result of a fall.
