1-This is not news. 2-How about a sample of Mr. Clarkson's work? 3-It had been a while since we were honored with a puff piece about a current or former LJWorld staff member who wins an award, gets a promotion, brings in a new contract, etc. I was starting to miss it. The only thing missing from this piece: it's not about a member of the Simons family. I'm sure we'll hear something from them sooner or later.

Congratulations, Rich! Many years ago you worked with my Mother at Centron when they were on Massachusetts Street. Believe you took a front-page photo of me for a J-W story on back to school in 1951. Have always admired your work. Tyson Travis, Ark.
