Douglas County FCE Council will hold its Fall Festival on Friday at the Dreher Building at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 Harper. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. and a potluck luncheon will be at noon. Dessert will be provided. Betsy Forcade will speak on Feng Shui, the ancient art and science of arranging objects to achieve perfect harmony. The public is invited to attend.
