The Lawrence Baptist Temple, 3201 W. 31st. St., will celebrate its 35th birthday at 10 a.m. Sunday. After the morning services, there will be a cook-out at 1:30 p.m. The public is welcome. In addition, music director Jerry Conway and his wife, Betty, will be recognized for their 50th wedding anniversary.
