Douglas County prosecutors are reviewing whether to file charges in a case after receiving information from a Kansas University police investigation about a possible sexual battery. According to a KU police report, a woman reported the suspect touched her without her giving consent around 2:40 a.m. Tuesday at McCollum Hall, KU’s largest residence hall.
