Lawrence Police are investigating a multiple overdose, involving three people in the 3400 block of Scioto Drive Sunday morning. Police and Fire/Medical were dispatched just before 3:40 a.m., according to Journal-World news partner Operation 100.

Police arrived and found three people, all breathing but unresponsive at the scene. Initial reports are “recreational drug use.”

No other details were immediately available as of late Sunday.
