Judge issues warrant for arrest of Eudora man accused of pointing handgun at residents

A Douglas County judge Monday issued a warrant for the arrest of a 21-year-old Eudora man who did not show up for court Monday in an aggravated assault case.

Jordan R. Noble is accused of pointing a handgun at four Lawrence residents in June who were traveling in a vehicle next to him on Kansas Highway 10 between Lawrence and Eudora.

Noble’s attorney Clinton Lee said he had not been able to reach his client by phone recently. He had been free on $7,500 bond.

A trial is scheduled for Nov. 9 on four counts of aggravated assault and one misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended license, according to court records.
