Members of Eudora Boy Scout Troop 64 placed flags on veterans graves Monday at the Eudora City Cemetery for Memorial Day. Small flags were also posted throughout the week at four other Eudora area cemeteries. The Avenue of Flags at the Eudora City Cemetery is to be raised at 9 a.m. today.
